Arizona reports no new coronavirus deaths, 174 additional cases

Arizona health authorities reported no new coronavirus deaths and 174 additional cases on Monday morning.

That put the state’s documented totals at 201,835 COVID-19 infections and 5,029 fatalities, according to the Arizona Department of Health Services.

Arizona’s death total actually dropped by 1, which the state health department attributed to a duplicate record.

Multiple key metrics about the severity of Arizona’s pandemic are at or near the lowest they’ve been in a month or more, including coronavirus-related hospitalizations.

The rolling seven-day average for newly reported cases declined Sunday to 508.29, the second-lowest seen since June 1, according to tracking by The Associated Press. US SPREAD GOOD NEWS!
