The coronavirus has been losing momentum since March 16 and that trend seems to be continuing. That says RIVM director Jaap van Dissel in the House of Representatives. That conclusion does not mean that the measures can be relaxed more immediately.
According to the RIVM boss, the spread of the virus has continued to decrease every day since the tipping point (stabilization of the outbreak) in mid-March, but new patients are being added.
